yes you can wash with shampoo + conditioner, using the dunking method, dry the wig cap asap . You can find a brushing + washing guide on the take away menu PDF

what is the difference between a track, lace front + closure?
track: apply like a hat + use the adjustable band at the back
lace front: apply with sides glued down, most realistic hairline
closure: glueless, apply like a hat, has a parting
